        ROVER Web is best viewed with:

           1. Microsoft IE (v4.71.1712.6 onwards), followed by
           2. Netscape's  browsers,
           3. HotJava,
           4. Microsoft's older browsers,
           5. Oracle's browser and
           6. NCSA browser.
